About Tom
Tom Jaworski grew up in Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University in 1980 and Western Michigan Cooley School of Law in 1984. He moved to Gainesville, Florida, and became a member of The Florida Bar in 1984. Tom started his career as a legal services attorney, then worked as an Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Public Defender before entering private practice in 1998. He served as a County Court Judge from 2004 to 2024. He has extensive courtroom experience, including many jury trials, and is dedicated to assisting injured clients. An outdoor enthusiast, Tom enjoys fishing, pickleball, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
