About Alan
Alan Friedman concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury trial work for plaintiffs, specializing in products liability, FELA (railroad workers), asbestos cases, worker’s compensation, wrongful death cases, traumatic brain injury cases and automobile accident cases. He has won large jury verdicts in New Jersey and New York State Courts. He was a partner at Horn, Shechtman, P.C. prior to forming Bagolie Friedman, LLC. Alan is married and has two sons. He has also lectured to lawyers on the subject of epidemiology and represented 9-11 World Trade Center Victims and their families pro-bono as a member of the Trial Lawyers Care program.
