Ricky Edward Bagolie represents clients on a wide range of personal injury litigation matters in the areas of nursing home neglect, workers’ compensation, workplace and railroad injury (FELA), toxic exposures and wrongful death litigation as well as Municipal Court matters involving the trucking industry.
