About Alan
Alan M. Kappers is an attorney who was honored with the Lloyd O’Hara Public Interest Law Award in 2008 for his service to the community, particularly in establishing the Legal Aid Society. He is a 1970 graduate of Hamilton Badin High School and a successful attorney with Dungan & LeFevre. He is currently President of Title Safe Agency, Inc., and Chairman of the City of Troy Planning Commission.
