Alex J. Ames

About Alex

Alex grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University in 2015 where he graduated with honors. Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in May, 2020, where he also received a certificate in Federal Indian Law. He interned with the Brown Law Firm during his third year of law school. Alex is admitted to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Montana. His practice focuses on civil defense litigation. He is a member of the Western Montana Bar Association and Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
