Alexandra Marghella brings nearly 15 years of experience advising clients across complex legal, regulatory, and operational landscapes. As an attorney at LaBarbiera, Martinez, Griffin & Sullivan, Alexandra applies her unique combination of litigation training, corporate counsel experience, and strategic leadership to advocate for individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Alexandra’s career spans large law firm practice, in-house counsel roles, and executive leadership. She began her legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti and then began litigating employment and professional liability cases in both state and federal court, gaining hands-on experience with trials, mediations, and motion practice. She later spent nearly a decade at Paul Hastings LLP, advising financial institutions and investment firms on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
