Shane A. Sullivan, Esq. concentrates his practices in representing individuals across New Jersey in complex personal injury matters. A skilled litigator and negotiator, Shane has built a reputation for strategic advocacy and results-driven representation across New Jersey. Shane has earned the trust of both clients and colleagues for delivering exceptional results. He is also a certified civil mediator and has resolved hundreds of disputes through litigation and alternative resolution. Shane began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Brian Martinotti, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Bergen County Superior Court. He went on to practice in insurance defense and workers’ compensation law before focusing entirely on representing injured plaintiffs and individuals navigating the justice system. A resident of Bergen County, Shane is deeply involved in the local community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation and the Closter Board of Health. He also lends his legal expertise as Board Attorney to the Edgewater Board of Health.
