About Ali

Ali Toll is a personal injury attorney with nearly 20 years of experience. She founded The Toll Firm in 2021, serving accident victims throughout Goodlettsville, Nashville, and Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state and federal courts and has practiced pro hac vice in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Ali received her J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 2006 and her B.S. from Belmont University in 2001. She was honored with the 2023 TTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year Award and an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell in 2015. She is an active board member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
