Tina Silva Briley is an Of Counsel Attorney at The Toll Firm. A native Tennessean, she worked her way through college at Middle Tennessee State University and earned her law degree from Nashville School of Law. After several years in Risk Management defending personal injury cases, Tina transitioned to a plaintiff attorney role, using her insights into defense strategies to advocate for injured individuals. She handles cases involving automobile crashes, tractor-trailer crashes, road rage incidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, and dog attack incidents.
