About Alicia
Alicia S. May grew up in Bozeman, Montana and attended Montana State University in her hometown for her undergraduate degree. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with minors in English Literature and Gender Studies, and graduated with honors. Alicia then moved to Nevada to pursue her legal career. She attended the William S. Boyd School of Law in the evening program while employed as a paralegal and, later, a law clerk during the day. In 2016, Alicia received her J.D. and passed the Nevada Bar Exam, becoming a member of the State Bar of Nevada. Alicia has extensive experience in family law and appeals, and has worked on cases involving an assortment of civil litigation and criminal defense matters. She is also dedicated to serving the Clark County legal and general community. She has been heavily involved in the Clark County Bar Association’s Community Service Committee, teaming up with other local attorneys and business professionals to perform a variety of volunteer tasks around the Las Vegas Valley. Alicia also serves on the State Bar of Nevada’s Lawyer Advertising Advisory Committee reviewing attorney advertisements to ensure they comply with state rules.
