Andrew "Andy" Bailey was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was the captain of the Laramie County Community College basketball team before finishing his playing career at Southern Virginia University, where he earned a degree in history. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked in the sales industry and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming’s College of Law.
