About Dale
Dale is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah, and has over thirty years of legal experience in business law of all types, including corporate and limited liability company law, real estate, mortgages, and public utilities. Dale was extensively involved in updating and customizing Wyoming’s forward-looking Limited Liability Company Act and the existing Wyoming Business Corporation Act. Dale has been a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys since 2013, and was the principal drafter of a Wyoming legislative bill that significantly updated Wyoming’s foreclosure laws. Dale has significant experience obtaining the appointment of receivers to manage and sell distressed real estate, and Dale has served as a co-receiver with his partner, Ronnie Lopez. Dale has also acted as a court-appointed commissioner in real estate partition actions.
