Dale is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah, and has over thirty years of legal experience in business law of all types, including corporate and limited liability company law, real estate, mortgages, and public utilities. Dale was extensively involved in updating and customizing Wyoming’s forward-looking Limited Liability Company Act and the existing Wyoming Business Corporation Act.
