About Andrew
Associate Andrew Livingston recently joined the firm after graduating from Elon University School of Law and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge. He is focused on learning through assisting the partners of the firm and in handling his own cases. Andrew will practice in a wide variety of areas, including real estate, probate, family court, personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense. He attended Presbyterian College and served as a legal assistant and law clerk at Pope Parker Jenkins during his studies. During law school, he worked as a law clerk and legal intern with the Forsyth County Public Defender’s Office and the Schiffman Law Group, PLLC. A Newberry native, Andrew is a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer.
