About Kyle

Kyle B. Parker focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, probate law, elder law, real estate, and business transactions. He represents clients in drafting wills, trusts, and other complex estate planning documents, and helps with long-term care and nursing home planning. He is an experienced probate and estate lawyer, representing clients in will contests, guardian and conservator proceedings, estate administration, and other related litigation. He also handles real estate, business transactions, loan closings, business formations, and foreclosure and partition cases, including 'heir property' cases. He served as President of the Newberry County Bar Association for three consecutive terms and is a member of the Elder Law Committee of the South Carolina Bar and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the National School Boards Association’s Council of School Attorneys.
