Arthur J. Horne Jr., the President and Managing Partner of Shipley & Horne, P.A., has been practicing law for more than 40 years. He is admitted to practice in federal and state trial and appellate courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Horne represents clients in business, civil, corporate, estate, real estate, government, and land use matters. He has served as General Counsel to the Prince George’s County Housing Authority and Revenue Authority, and as Court Auditor for the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. He is Chairman of the Maryland Property Review Board and has received numerous honors, including being recognized as a Top Minority Business Leader and a Leadership in Law award recipient. He is also deeply involved in community service.
