Paul joined Shipley & Horne, P.A. in 2014 and has established a solid reputation for diligent advocacy in general civil litigation and business transaction practice areas. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, having conducted several jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. His practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, handling property disputes, quiet title actions, and commercial/residential lease disputes. Paul also represents insured lenders and homeowners for title insurance underwriters and has an administrative law practice encompassing zoning, land use, development, and alcoholic beverage licensing. Prior to his legal career, he was a licensed stockbroker and financial consultant. During his collegiate years, he was a Division I football scholarship recipient at the University of Maryland at College Park.
