About Austin
Austin Stewart assists clients in a variety of transportation litigation matters. In particular, Austin assists motor carriers in accident litigation. Austin is a member of Moseley Marcinak’s Emergency Response Team and assists clients and drivers with navigating the first 24 hours post-accident. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a civil litigation firm in Pennsylvania and New York. While in law school, Austin was a student practitioner in the General Litigation Clinic and was a student member of several law school organizations.
