About Robb
Robb Brown is an experienced litigator who has represented insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury, property damage, and commercial coverage cases. He has successfully tried over 50 cases to verdict across South Carolina and represented large national insurance companies. At Moseley Marcinak, Robb focuses on civil litigation, representing trucking companies, their drivers, logistics companies, and their insurance providers. Before private practice, he served as an Assistant Attorney General under Henry McMaster. He is also a Certified Mediator in South Carolina State Courts and the South Carolina District Court, and an active member of the South Carolina Bar, serving on the House of Delegates.
