Barbara L. Richard graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She has been practicing since 1995 and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Workers’ Compensation. She served as a judicial clerk and is a member of Florida Workers’ Advocates, Marion County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Barbara practices Workers’ Compensation.
