Ben Ridings has been practicing workers’ compensation law for over fifteen years and is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. Early in his career, he represented the interests of insurance companies and large employers, but now dedicates his practice to helping injured workers navigate North Carolina’s complex workers’ compensation system. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2007.
