Benai Lifshitz is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York since 2008. She earned a B.A. in sociology and philosophy from SUNY Stony Brook in 2003 and a J.D. from New York Law School in 2007. She has over a decade of experience fighting for the rights of injured workers before the workers compensation board and the New York State Employee’s Retirement Board. She joined The Disability Guys team in 2013. She studies Krav Maga in her free time.
