About Daniel
Daniel S. Elias is an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986. He received his B.A. in economics and music from SUNY Binghamton in 1982 and his J.D. from SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 1985. He has extensive experience representing injured and disabled clients in personal injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability cases. He is a featured lecturer and serves on the Board of Directors for the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and The Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. Fluent in Spanish, he also has a music career as a clarinetist and singer, winning the 1981 Harpur College Concerto competition.
