Ben joined McCarter East PLLC in January 2017 as an associate attorney and became a partner in February 2022. Although not originally from Middle Tennessee, he has developed a passion and love for Murfreesboro and the surrounding area. Originally from Paris, Kentucky, a small town near Lexington, Ben attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama for his undergraduate degree. He met his wife, Caroline, at Samford.
