Bert McCarter is a founding partner of McCarter | East PLLC, which was established in July 2009. Bert graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee in December 1996. While at the University of Tennessee Bert was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Prior to his time at the University of Tennessee, Bert attended the University of Tennessee Martin and Aquinas College where he played basketball until 1994.
