About Benton
Benton G. Ross focuses his practice on oilfield injuries, 18-wheeler cases, explosion cases, industrial accidents, defective products, and other catastrophic injury cases. He joined The Monsour Law Firm in 2012 and has achieved tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He was recognized as a Top 40 under 40 Civil Plaintiff’s lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers in 2021, 2022, and 2023. He was selected as a Rising Star in the Texas legal community every year from 2014 to 2022 and recognized as a Texas SuperLawyer in 2023 and 2024.
