Katy Krottinger is an equity partner and manages the Mass Torts Division of The Monsour Law Firm. She focuses on defective product litigation, primarily involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and defective safety products. An experienced trial attorney, she is known for her work in 3M and global transvaginal mesh litigations, having served on four 3M trial teams and securing an $18.5 million verdict against Boston Scientific. She is currently on the PSC for the Depo Provera Brain Tumor Litigation and actively involved in the Bard Port Catheter MDL. Ms. Krottinger helped secure two major trial victories in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation, including a $22.5 million award for T.J. Finley and $2.2 million for Jonathan Vaughn. She has been selected as a Rising Star Lawyer in Texas Monthly Magazine from 2016-2024 and recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
