Bill D. McKissick, Jr.

Bill is a founding partner of Dugan, McKissick, and Longmore, LLC, and has been practicing business, corporate, real estate, zoning, and other transactional law since 1989. He earned his law degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and attended Franklin and Marshall College. He grew up in Baltimore City and moved to St. Mary’s County after spending summers clerking at a local law firm while in law school.
