About Denise

As Senior Counsel, Denise has been a practicing attorney for 35 years. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her area of practice focuses on estate planning services which can be coupled with real estate transactions, business transactions, and succession planning. Her professionalism has been recognized by The Daily Record on numerous occasions including Leadership in the Law and Maryland Top 100 Women. She has served the legal profession throughout her career serving as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Maryland State Bar Association, President of the Prince George’s County Bar Association, Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation, and Member of the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, District Thirteen. She also regularly serves the Community. She recently served as Chair of the Calvert Health Foundation for five years.
