Billy J. Waters

About Billy

Mr. Waters possessed over 40 years of experience in the practice of law, accumulating vast trial experience. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He received his degree in Liberal Arts from Georgia State and his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. He entered private practice with Mr. Ballard, then was appointed Chief Juvenile Court Judge in Newton County for 12 years. After retirement, he returned to the firm as a partner until his death.
