About Blake

Blake Boyd is a dedicated legal professional and attorney at Miller Law Group. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for Wake County, handling cases in both District and Superior courts, specializing in driving while impaired and misdemeanor death by motor vehicle cases. He took hundreds of cases to trial and handled numerous pre-trial motions. Blake graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he focused on becoming a trial attorney. He was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Arbitration Team and a competitor in the Kilpatrick Townsend Mock Trial. He also gained experience through internships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the Alamance County District Attorney’s Office, the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, and the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. Blake is also a licensed private pilot.
