Bob Anderton heads Washington Bike Law. He is a daily bike commuter with three decades of experience successfully representing injured bicyclists. He is Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell as AV® Preeminent™ 5 out of 5, holding the highest possible ratings for legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience. He is also a Member of National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 Trial Lawyers and rated 10/10 by AVVO. Bob founded Anderton Law Office in 1992 and has since focused on bike law, representing clients in almost every factual scenario imaginable. He holds a degree in journalism and his scholarly work was published in the Iowa Law Review in 1992. He has served as an editor for legal publications and volunteered on the boards of Bike Works and Seattle Neighborhood Greenways, advocating for safer streets and empowering youth through cycling.
