About Jessica

Attorney Jessica Cutler is a former professional bike racer and bike messenger. Admitted to the Washington Bar in 2010, she is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice. Her passion for cycling and deep knowledge of bicycle infrastructure make her a valuable asset to Washington Bike Law. She actively volunteers in the local cycling community, teaching safe riding and racing techniques, and is a co-founder of the Northwest Women's Cyclocross Project.
