Bob Chapman

About Bob

Bob Chapman, a retired firm founder at Black, Chapman, Petersen & Stevens, specializes in Workers’ Compensation. Raised in Wyoming and Southeast Asia, he has lived in Oregon since 1966. He worked his way through the University of Oregon, Honors College, and the U of O law school. He began practicing workers’ compensation law in the early 1980s and co-founded the firm with Dennis Black in 1987. He is licensed in Oregon and federal courts, and is dedicated to helping injured Oregon workers against insurance companies, operating on a contingency fee basis.
