Robert Webber

Robert F. Webber, a retired firm founder and honored attorney emeritus at Black, Chapman, Petersen & Stevens, specialized in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Born in New York, he moved to Oregon as a child and developed a passion for outdoor activities. He received his undergraduate degree from Linfield College in 1966 and his J.D. from Willamette University in 1971.
