About Robert
Robert F. Webber, a retired firm founder and honored attorney emeritus at Black, Chapman, Petersen & Stevens, specialized in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Born in New York, he moved to Oregon as a child and developed a passion for outdoor activities. He received his undergraduate degree from Linfield College in 1966 and his J.D. from Willamette University in 1971. After serving in the U.S. Army and as a Deputy District Attorney for Josephine County, he entered private practice in 1974. He is licensed in Oregon and federal courts, and is a leader in hunter rights issues, having been appointed to the Fish & Wildlife Commission in 2010. He was also inducted into the Linfield Athletic Hall of Fame.
