Bobby Zirkin is the Founder and Partner at Zirkin and Schmerling Law. A former State Delegate and State Senator, he is a talented trial attorney who has won millions for clients over his 20-year legal career. His practice focuses on personal injury, including auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, group home abuse, and divorce proceedings. He also founded Zirkin and Schmerling Public Affairs. He served in the Maryland House of Delegates for 8 years and the Maryland State Senate for 13 years, chairing the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee. He championed causes like decriminalization of marijuana, medical cannabis, banning fracking, Grace’s Law 2.0, and Maryland’s Justice Reinvestment Act. He has received numerous awards for his legal and political work.
