Josh Schmerling is a partner at Zirkin and Schmerling Law, focusing on personal injury, car accidents, and workers’ compensation. He became a partner in 2011 and has handled hundreds of cases, earning millions for clients. He is known as a fierce advocate and has taught classes on legal issues. He was appointed to the Judicial Compensation Commission by Governor Larry Hogan (2015-2019) and selected as a Super Lawyer from 2020-2024.
