Attorney Bogdan Martinovich, also known as Bogie, handles cases in Lake County, Cook County and McHenry County. Located in Libertyville, 25 miles north of Chicago, he has been in practice for over 30 years and has a record of proven results. He has tried personal injury cases against the federal government in federal court and won. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of cases. Growing up in several of the Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods, Bogie saw the legal studies as the most direct avenue to claim control over one’s life. He graduated from Lane Tech High School, Northeastern Illinois University and DePaul law school. He has worked in almost every area of law at every level: jury trials, state and federal appellate courts and the Illinois Supreme Court. He has been a court-appointed arbitrator in the 19th Judicial Circuit for over 20 years. In addition, Bogie has tried bench and jury trials in both state and federal court on behalf of victims of personal injuries and has extensive experience handling arbitrations and mediations including those involving uninsured motorists. He is known to be both audacious and tenacious on behalf of his clients.
