About Brian
Brian S. Coutts has worked as an attorney at NUTTALL, BROWN & COUTTS for more than 20 years. He has successfully resolved hundreds of injury cases including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dog bites, premises liability, wrongful death and other accidents. He received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and J.D. degree, Cum Laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he served as senior editor of the Law Review. Brian Coutts is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the Utah State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Utah, the United States District Court for Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is Vice President of L.E.A.P (Lawyers’ Endowment for Accident Prevention).
