Scott D. Brown has been awarded an “A” “V” rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible in both competency and ethics. He has 40 years experience in personal injury law and has handled many hundreds of auto injury and death cases, never having lost a jury trial. Mr. Brown personally handled two of the nine most “Significant Tort Cases the Utah Supreme Court decided in 1999”.
