About Brian
Brian E. Mahoney joined Blume Forte in 2004 and has 39 years of experience in complex litigation including construction, toxic tort, product liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury law. He has tried or co-tried over 50 cases to verdict, including two exceeding $1 million. He is the author of 'New Jersey Personal Injury Recovery' and has achieved appellate successes in various legal areas. He received his J.D. with honors from Rutgers Law School in Newark in 1979 and was a Certified Civil Trial Attorney from 1995 to 2017. He has been designated a Super Lawyer from 2005-2008 and 2012-2024.
