About Richard

Richard 'Rick' Madurski worked as a law clerk for Blume Forte during his second and third years of law school and joined as an associate in October 2021. He is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology (2013) and graduated from Rutgers Law School - Newark in May 2020, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Business Law Review. He clerked for Magistrate Judge Cathy L. Waldor and District Judge Esther Salas in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple, J.A.D. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Rick focuses on medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury litigation. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and has been listed as a 'Rising Star' by Super Lawyers in 2024 and 2025.
