Brian Eisner

About Brian

Brian C. Eisner is an attorney in the Social Security Disability Department, previously with the Worker’s Compensation Department. He graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University with a triple major in English, Comparative Literature, and Psychology, and cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (JCRED). He interned for the United States Attorney’s Office and was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Diccia Pineda-Kirwan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Suffolk County Bar Association.
