Brian Gabriel is an experienced attorney at Hourigan, Kluger and Quinn, specializing in commercial litigation, labor, employment, and municipal law. He previously served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Lodi, CA, and as a Labor and Employment Attorney with Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. He also provided legal support to the California Association of Highway Patrolmen.
