About Brian
Brian K. Cunha joined Slappey & Sadd in 2011, focusing primarily on representing injured workers in Georgia Workers’ Compensation claims. He has extensive experience litigating work injury cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Brian serves on the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers’ Section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association and is Vice-Chair of the Atlanta Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia the same year. He also worked with Georgia State’s HeLP Clinic and the Georgia Advocacy Office.
