Brian S. Scheid

About Brian

Brian S. Scheid works alongside his father at Warren & Scheid, P.C. He earned a degree in political science from Virginia Tech in 2008 and a law degree from the Appalachian School of Law (ASL) in 2011. During his time at ASL, he participated in national moot court competitions and law review, earning honors as the Best Oral Advocate award recipient at the 2010 Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court Competition. After graduation, he worked as a trial attorney for the Colorado State Public Defender for 5 years, representing thousands of criminal clients. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
