Brian T. Scheid is the owner and principle attorney of Warren & Scheid, P.C. He has over 30 years of experience serving clients across the New River Valley and Virginia. He is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He acts as the current Commissioner of Accounts for Giles County. Brian is certified by the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission as lead defense counsel for capital murder prosecutions and has extensive experience in real estate transactions and property disputes, including serving as counsel for the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation in eminent domain cases. He has a history of community service, including past President of the Narrows Lions Club and former President of the American Cancer Society-Giles County Unit-Virginia Division. He also served as former chairman of the Virginia State Bar Ethics Committee for the 9th District East of Virginia.
