About Brian

Brian E. Turner practices in the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Department, representing county and municipal offices on governmental responsibilities and liabilities. He is a seasoned litigator with experience in cases from homicide to Federal 1983 actions and Title 59 matters. He also served as Municipal Prosecutor for seven townships and Chief Public Defender in Atlantic City municipal court. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University (Camden) in 2003 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law (Camden) in 2006.
