About Brien
Brien P. Connolly joined Avery, Dooley & Noone in 1992. He focuses on labor and employment law, particularly federal employment law, including administrative law and appeals, security clearance matters, prohibited personnel practices, whistleblower retaliation, and discrimination complaints. Mr. Connolly has defended employees in disciplinary proceedings and represented clients in investigations by various Offices of the Inspector General and internal affairs departments. He also handles matters before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and federal courts.
