About Ngai
Ngai Otieno joined the law firm of Avery Dooley & Noone in March of 2008. An Associate in the firm, Mr. Otieno’s practice focuses on representing federal civilian employees and law enforcement personnel in a broad range of employment-related matters, including: Adverse Actions, Administrative Investigations, Congressional Investigations, Office of Special Counsel Investigations, Whistleblower Matters, Discrimination Claims, Arbitrations and Mediations, Reprisal Complaints, Administrative and Union Grievances. Mr. Otieno has represented employees in cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board. In addition to federal employment law, his practice includes estate planning, insurance defense, and general civil litigation.
