Bristol A. Baxley was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on August 13, 1968. He graduated from the University of Texas, School of Law in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas, and admitted to several U.S. District Courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1993, he has handled numerous claims for injured railroad employees across multiple states, including FELA cases, train wreck cases, railroad injury cases, and tractor trailer wreck cases.
